Living in the forest has a multitude of advantages - fresh air, escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and natural beauty. To achieve that, you do not necessarily have to live in a rackety old cabin with no electricity or roads.

Built on the edge of a forest, S House is an architectural fantasy, surrounded by trees, playing with views, light and space. The purpose of the house, as architect Pavel Yanev defines it, was to offer true green luxury with minimalistic design and stunning simplicity, just 10 minutes away from the city. In keeping with the Bauhaus style, S House is conceived as a tall concrete frame, holding large glass panes.

Inside this unique venue reigns absolute luxury and stunning simplicity, and space is organised in a flexible way to suit every whim of the inhabitants - be it a gym, larger bedrooms, game room or a winery.

By stepping outside the box, creative thinking can begin to engage in lifestyle scenarios, centered around people and their desires.
